The short version

Pavers Encino uses what you send to arrange a design rendering and a quote from one licensed paver contractor. It is not sold, rented or used for unrelated marketing.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send. From the request form that is your name and phone number, and if you add them, your email address, the kind of project, a photo of the space and any notes. If you call or text, we keep what you tell us in that conversation. We do not collect information about you from other sources.

How the form works

When you press Send, the form goes to a small function on this site's own domain, hosted on Cloudflare Pages. That function turns your request into an email, with any photo attached, and sends it to us through Resend, an email delivery service. Cloudflare and Resend handle the data only to carry it, the same way any web host or mail provider does.

A hidden field on the form filters out automated spam. It does not track you and sets no cookie.

How we use it

To reply to you, to prepare your design rendering, and to pass your request to the licensed contractor who visits and quotes the work. The contractor uses it to contact you, plan the visit and, if you go ahead, carry out the job.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are working on your request, and for a reasonable time afterward for our records. Ask and we will delete it sooner.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no advertising cookies and does not build a profile of you. The fonts load from Google Fonts. If we add simple visitor counts later, this page will say what is counted.
