What this site is

Pavers Encino connects homeowners in Encino with licensed paver contractors. It is not itself a contractor and does not perform installation work. The work is quoted, contracted and carried out by an independent licensed contractor.

Prices on this site

The ranges and examples here are guidance to help you plan. They are not a quote. Your price is the one in the written estimate the contractor gives you after seeing the property, because slope, soil, access and drainage change every job.

Estimates and agreements

A conversation or an emailed figure is not a contract. An agreement exists only once the contractor's written estimate has been accepted by you and the contractor. Any warranty is the one written into that agreement.

Permits

Encino is part of the City of Los Angeles, so building and grading rules come from the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety, and work in the public parkway from the Bureau of Engineering. The contractor tells you which permits a project needs. Approval times are set by the city and, where one applies, by your homeowners association.

Design renderings and pictures

Design renderings on this site and the ones you receive show how a design could look. They are illustrations, not photographs of finished jobs, and final colors vary with the stone batch and the light.
